This hotel is under renovation and is unethically allowing reservations during this time. Expect little to no service. You would maybe expect that they would pay for your daily parking if half of the hotel amenities are unavailable?
Dishonest people. The hotel renovations are mentioned in the hotel description on the website. If you use the app good luck finding it. I had to change rooms twice in the middle of the night because of the AC not working properly. They apologised and promised me points reward… and that was it. They kept mentioning the points during the entire stay and I kept saying they never arrived. Only the ones for the disturbance and discomfort from the construction. They assured me it will come. The hotel’s shared spaces were under construction but our room was fully remodeled. Perfect location!
