I recently reached out to Marcus & Millichap to view a commercial space, where Michelle Chang represented the landlord. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Michelle seemed reluctant to show the property, asking us to wait a few days until another group could attend, citing that she didn’t want to drive 30 minutes just for our viewing. I recently encountered an advertisement at Langley (200 street and 40 Avenue) location that listed Jack Allpress's number. I've been trying to reach him for the past 7 days via calls and text messages, but he hasn’t had the courtesy to respond or call back. It’s baffling how someone like this even became a realtor—completely unprofessional and clearly lacks the basic skills to handle clients. Extremely disappointing.
