I hired Mark Ruble at Marcus and Millichap and he was unable to sell the property he had listed for me. We cancelled our agreement with Mark Ruble and decided to go our own ways. Years later, I was able to sell the property on my own without the assistance of a realtor. Mark Ruble of Marcus and Millichap was somehow able to get the title company to withhold funds when it finally closed.
