Here is the deal I have been seeing Dr Merriweather for about 10 years or so and have seen all the good and bad staff come and go. He knows the feedback of the staff such as not being responsive to messages I send through Advent Health portal or the phone number not working at one point. The staff is slowly getting better but it has taken a while to fix all the staffing issues. He always does take the time to talk to me for the most part. I go to the doctor a lot and I don't ever feel rushed.
