Very disappointed. My wife called to make an appt for me over two weeks ago. The receptionist took my info over the phone, said she would get with the doctor, and call me back. A week later, we still hadn't heard anything. When we called back, she said that she still hadn't heard from the doctor. We called back again today, and the receptionist said she had tried to get ahold of us multiple times, attempting to leave messages for us, but wasn't able to get through. I would like to post provider names but don't know if its appropriate. The PA and Doctor who treated me were more professional, thorough, with better bed side manners then any of my last 3 ENTs. They went above and beyond to help me with chronic throat and neck pain. I will be following up for a possible surgery. I highly recommend the treatment facility as I was a Navy Corpsman (FMF).

I really don't understand these people writing bad reviews, I would say ignore these disgruntled crabby people. These guys are great, got me in right away when actually no one else would, the PA was thorough the doctor was up front and honest, staff was awesome.

Hello im just curious why the doctor wouldn't treat someone if they haven't been given the covid vaccine if not exhibiting any signs of covid I mean my husband was told he was at risk to the doctor By the doctor himself so you know what that tells me ? That tells me the doctor doesn't have confidence that the covid shot works.
