Asked for a 5 stars review during my daughter's visit several times! This is appalling for a Dr to ask for reviews. If you notice all his reviews are 5 star!! Then he billed me for reading records for a visit I didn't even have scheduled. He charged me a co-payment for a visit when no visit was scheduled. Didn't even help me with my POTS dx either. Gave me an Rx that caused my BP to spike and not come down. The worst!
I was a longtime patient of Dr. Smith and initially had an excellent experience. He was attentive and willing to learn about my complex conditions (VEDS/POTS/MCAS), and I referred many patients and family members because of that early trust. As the practice grew and became known for treating POTS, coordination of care declined. Follow-ups became difficult, referrals were repeatedly dropped, and it took years to get help for vascular compressions that multiple specialists had already documented.
