This guy is so bad at what he does he should be dis-barred. A joke for an attorney and an absolute disgrace to his profession. Where he gets off charging the fees he does is beyond me. $450/hr. is what he charged a brother of mine to the tune of 70K only to have him sued by ex-partners of mine when the loan defaulted. His explanation was "Well anybody can sue anybody for anything these days" . What a POS! I'd give him a ZERO but they don't have that option.
