The owner is extremely rude and never gets the job done on time. Acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him and his crew to do work that they agreed to do. Even though we always paid him on time. We always had to chase him and even after all that the work was extremely subpar. Do not use this company and waste your time. Instead find someone else for a little bit more money that knows how to do their job.
I own an Airbnb in Carlinville, The Carlinville Grand, and have used Marcus Davis for snow removal for the last few years. They are reliable, thorough and on site promptly to make my driveway, sidewalks and porches safe for my guests. Billing is timely and customer service 5 star. What a great relief to have such an excellent service provider in Carlinville. Thank you Marcus Davis for your top notch professional service to our community.
