worst experience i have ever had with a lender. we were sent an email stating that we were pre-approved, even received a call shortly afterwards to congratulate us. We got our hopes up when putting a bid on a house all to be ignored for the next two weeks. we sent countless messages via phone, email and text with no response. we found a house that was a potential dream home and lost our bid because we could not get a response from him or his team. -We are very disappointed and have found another lender.
