The service was good the movie was good the cleaning all the theaters not so good that was ketchup on my recliner that they didn't clean I got it all over my pants I asked for the manager and in response she told me sorry and that's it.
The theater is actually pretty nice. However, every time we go here there is some kind of problem with being able to just sit down and watch the movie in peace. The last time we went two people where sitting in our seats because their seats were broken. They told us they took our seats then threw a fit when we told them we wanted to sit in our own seats and not their broken ones. I went to the 9:05am show. Clearly this was the first movie of the day. However, it IS clear that the last crew of the evening DOES NOT clean before they leave. There was dried soda on the counters, the garbage can was already full, and there was very little ice in the machine. This was truly gross and beyond nasty! I'm wondering if this is the norm for the mornings. I usually go to the first show on the weekends, but I've never seen it like this. What a disgrace!
$10 for a 20 oz water and a small bag of popcorn is ridiculous. The new entrance with exit it not inviting. Traffic flowing in wrong directions. Love the dream loungers. Pick this theatre over other that do not have dream loungers if possible.
