Dr. Marcus is nice and easy to talk to, but...he did one crown twice, and it's still having an issue. He made crown on my baby tooth(yeah!) and the tooth was broken. Cleaning...I don't want even to mention it. I am brushing better. And the cherry is - he assures me he is accepting my insurance, and he is in my network, but, apparently, either his staff doesn't know how to verify insurance, or it was done on porpoise. Either or, I was billed for cleaning and now new bill for exray and office visit. What a Doctor! What an offi... read more
I had am amazing experience today. I went into the office terrified. It had been years since I had been to the dentist. I was embarrassed to admit it. Embarrassed of smiling. Scared to admit I had an issue but when I did he was ecru welcoming. Started immediately. Had a great plan. The entire staff was welcoming and extremely non judgmental. They communicated with me as well which I thought was extremely important. When I didn’t understand or know what was going on they answered any of my questions.
Dr. Marcus helped me with pitted enamel and teeth sensitivity. I have witnessed him treating all patients with respect and patience, regardless of insurance status or how busy the office was at the time. Great doctor. Great human being.
