Still waiting on my 2,800 dollar refund. Waited three weeks to get a simple coverage on my house, day before closing Statefarm calls to say they butchered it and cancelled the policy and started the refund process and told me it makes more sense to go with an other company because it was “too hard” too add my wife’s name to the plan. This forced me to have to pull money from my retirement in order to cover the new premium for a year through a different company to assure that I could close in time.
