I came by to get a quote for my house and Sophie was very helpful. They could not help me due to the type of roof but Sophie game me recommendations on other companies that could help me. The other girl in there seemed to be new as she was on her cell phone the whole time and her computer was turned off. Over all great service will go back when I get a new roof!
Still waiting on my 2,800 dollar refund. Waited three weeks to get a simple coverage on my house, day before closing Statefarm calls to say they butchered it and cancelled the policy and started the refund process and told me it makes more sense to go with an other company because it was “too hard” too add my wife’s name to the plan. This forced me to have to pull money from my retirement in order to cover the new premium for a year through a different company to assure that I could close in time. Call any other insurance company in Winfield. Marcus and friends only care about getting payment then tossing you to the road used and worn out.
Took our payment immediately just to cancel our policy the day before closing due to their own error.
