It’s sucked the lights went out in the movie was that barely starting and the manager was unprofessional trying to have everybody leave without any compensation wasted about $120 and they were trying to just have us leAve I would understand if it’s a one time thing but they had a problem earlier that day so they should’ve shut down until the issue was resolved but they kept selling tickets so I think that’s unprofessional
The whole point in getting tickets ahead of time is to skip the line at their register. They need to get more people with scanners so you can get in quicker. The place has gone downhill since opening. The chairs are ripped, don’t think they are ever cleaned and sanitized. The bathrooms are dirty. Also what’s the point of a large concession area if you only open one side and just have 2 people working it? Looks as if they made enough money and don’t care about it. RecommendedI’ve been here for many years. I have lived in Addison for quite some time so this is our main go to theater. It has great staff and always the best movies around. There’s times where it can get a bit dirty, and the bathrooms can be a bit crazy too. I never had an issue going into the auditorium though and not being clean. They do a good job with that. $5 Tuesday movies and the seats are great. It would be nice to have free refills on Everything not just soda. I went on Tuesday and it seems the volume was higher than usual it was to much. Otherwise nice.
They have cheap prices on Tuesdays, but the seats are often torn up or the recliners no longer recline. Today, we had to wait in the concession line for 24 minutes. There was plenty of staff, but most of them were not helping behind the counter. It was ridiculous, and not the first time it's happened. The were a lot of angry people who missed the beginning of their movie, even with the 15 minutes of previews.
