Normally I've always had a great experience at Marcus but my most recent experience was terrible. First off, you would think if the snacks were so expensive there would be an importance of quality. Not the case. Got pretzel bites and they were ice cold...and the whole food and beverage area was a mess! If you are going to charge so much for snacks and refreshments, amp up the quality and service a little bit. Seats are comfy be sure to check your pockets don't want keys, phone, etc to fall out of your pockets and inside the seat cushion

I'd give it a 5 star rating if there wasn't any trash in my seat when I got there. No bueno, guys. I understand that not every little thing can be picked up between shows, but at least get the SEATS.

We love Marcus Theatre. We love the reclining seats and the bar were we can have some drinks and having fun all in one place.

I been going to Marcus for 16 years, I dislike it now the popcorn,drink & also the movie ticket are high price's. I love Tuesday's cuz is $5 any movies & the reward card is great. I also dislike that you can only get a free popcorn refill on a large. I think any size popcorn should be free refill.
