I travel 30-45min from chicago to go here because it is such a top notch theater. Use to love muvico but not anymore
I usually don't have anything bad to say about the theater but this time wow!!! Room 15 on the right side of the building smelled so bad I had to have my shirt over my noise the entire time. It literally smell as if some had gone pee everywhere in these room. I have gone to this theater for years and this has to be the worst experience. I'm just happy my niece and 3 browsers were able to handle the smell until the movie ended.
We have been going to this theater for years and its usually our go to place to see a movie. We have had mostly good experiences. The three starts reflects that and not our latest experience. Today one person was taking admissions and a line was taking forever. Then the same thing at the snack counter. One employee moving slow. So, I decided to go to the theater and come back later when the line died down. The theater itself was warm, smelly and muggy. So, I went out to talk to a manager.
