Was very disappointed in the theater this time. We have gone many times and never seen it like this. The place was a mess. We got stale popcorn at the food counter. By the drink station there was pop every were and the floor was sticky. There was hardly any lids or straws. Then in the theater there was a rude family with a small child at the 8 o'clock show who had light up shoes and was running around and yelling. Went yesterday to see the newest planet of the apes. Ticket line was long with only one person at the register. Theater was warm and a little muggy and the audio went out during the movie.
The service at the snack area is very slow. I don't know what they would have done if they had a longer line of waiting patrons.
