Popcorn was better, staff were kind and polite, cleaniness improved, i love this theater. The numbers on the chairs could be bigger, but the alphabet on the floors were big and easy to see. I also love the fact that you can order your tickets online without waiting.
I was disappointed in Marcus tonight. My blind sister attempted to get descriptive audio and after clarifying what device she needed we still had to go back up to the front to explain that she needed descriptive audio, not enhanced audio. We had to clarify further to the attendant as she attempted to offer us the closed caption device that my sister is blind and cannot read the closed caption. Very good and great family movies and good food for grandkids
I love this theatre, they were the first group of theatres to have the upscale seating, they have top notch sound systems, they have great rewards for frequent moviegoers, they offer special screenings along with all the new releases, they are cheaper than AMC, and it's close to my house. Why would I ever go to any other theatre?
