This used to be a great dentist but has dramatically gone down hill. After numerous cancellations and waiting months for an appointment they cancelled last minute and said they’d call to reschedule, still waiting. Wouldn’t recommend!
I'm a private paying patient, and I had a private filling a few weeks ago, which has been causing pain when chewing and is extremely sensitive. Called to explain this, and the girl interrupted me by saying, "You just need to call back in the morning." I then called 22 times in the one day with no answer. I then emailed as instructed by the site, and have yet to hear back.
Shocking service, weeks waiting for an appointment after spending £1000 for dentures and still not correct after 6 months, unable to eat a proper meal and charge a pensioner each time they visit to fix their mistake with still no solution. Opening times are not adhered to and website useless as they also shut for Easter school holidays with no update to their business hours or answer machine. Usually a 5-star experience whenever I've had appointments with Lauren or John. A change in appointment by the office meant I was placed with Rosanna. Perhaps she was having an off day, but she came across as lecturing, cold and not in a pleasant mood. Came home and turns out I still have 2 more toothpaste tubes when I requested a refill, as I thought I only had one left I explained, as I didn't want to have to go out of my way to pick this up in future months was my rational thinking.
