The manager today was absolutely horrible. I won't be shopping at Marc's until they train their staff properly.
Cutest story ever. Avery asked to go to Marc's to spend her $5 tooth fairy money. After browsing the aisles for a while she realized she only had $1 left in her hands. At some point she had dropped the rest without realizing. We asked a few associates to be on the lookout. We didn't expect much because you know, who turns in $4 they found on the store floor? Good prices and easy to find everything
This is my particularly most favorite store. Clean/efficient/accommodating staff. Floor plan & merchandise layouts are just great @ Massillon OH Amherst store. I only shop @ the one on Amherst RD.
Absolutely worst customer service from supposed higher up management I have ever experienced !!!!! Much as I love the deals in Marc's , I'll never go back to the one in Massillon !!!!!
