I thought they were stand-up people when I first started using them they put in a pool pump that cost me $2,400 but the problem is that they cannot handle anything more than installation of the pool pump they are unable to handle the automation that might need to be tweaked and they referred me to the company who makes the motherboard after telling me that he could handle it. Mike's pool service is good for rudimentary tasks like basic cleaning and that's it

We self-care for our pool (new homeowners) and were prepared to shock it as it had gone a bit cloudy. Before doing so, I figured I'd clean out the pump filter, which was full of debris. When turning it back on, I kept losing half my prime and not refilling, couldn't figure out why. With no functional pump, our already cloudy pool was doomed to turn green within a day or two. We hired Marc to clean our pool. It had been left unattended for a few months. He brought it back to life after showing up for 3 days in a row the pool was ready to swim again. A few weeks later our pump went down we called Marc, he stated he was busy but agreed to come over the next day and take a look. Marc spent the next few days fixing and replacing what was bad and even recommended a few upgrades.
