Called for refrigerator repair. He diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. 3 weeks later I was told the OEM part was no longer available and their policy did not allow them to install non OEM parts (so sorry). I found a part on Amazon and installed it myself within 2 days. Saved a ton of money by the way. Months later my stand-alone ice maker went out. I feel lucky to have Michael who fixed our dryer's problem, not only he is professional and quickly identified and fixed the dryer's problem but also patiently answered our questions and helped us to check the dryer vent flow and found the duct still clogged (a company to clean it a few days before and the dryer's stopped work again as soon as it was used. so we doubt about whether the vent duct wasn't clean enough but don't know how to test on it).
