I originally gave Manny's a one star because it took 5 days to get a call back. The technician was amazing ! Since then the general manager has been keeping in touch with me updating on the positive changes he has implemented. I am impressed

Extremely dishonest and fraudulent conduct. I was charged for a genuine Sub-Zero ice maker, but a counterfeit unit was installed instead. Manny, the owner, initially promised to make it right, yet replaced it with another non-authentic part. After installation, I experienced issues. I called another appliance company, and the technician confirmed that it was not a genuine Sub-Zero component.
