Everyone at Marc’s Garage was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the online estimate with inspection photos and the ability to approve each item individually. It gave me time to review the recommendations without feeling pressured, with the option to call and ask questions. I chose to communicate by text, and they were responsive and kept me informed throughout. The cost was in line with what I expected for the work performed. Overall, a very positive experience.
Exceptional service. We purchased a diesel BMW wagon that we knew was behind on recommended maintenance items. We received a very clear listing of recommended service items based on specific mileage intervals through an amazingly informative text link. Much better prices than the dealership and much better service! Plus we got a great referral to a local business for a windshield chip.
Communication was wonderful New exactly what to expect Highly recommend
