My car broke down on the highway and I had my 2 week old grandson in the car with me. I Googled auto shops and found Marc's and I'm so glad I did. They referred me to Prestige Towing, however they didn't have trucks that were compatible with car seats. So Prestige called Marc's back for me and between the two of them, worked it out-Marc's came and picked up my daughter, grandson and I in a mini van and Prestige picked up the car. Was happy to receive CarFax report reporting all the adventures of my 2016 Honda HRV. Never received that much info before. Feel safer in my car now. Quality work. I trust MARC's.
Got me in same day for an emergency valve replacement, but couldn't get it done right away, but they were able to provide a free loaner car for the day, which allowed me to get to and from work without issue. Customer service was awesome and the price couldn't be beat.
