First time there and not disappointed big shout out to marc and Julie,
Called Marc’s Garage as I needed my spare tire taken off the back of my jeep and swap it out with my right front tire! My right front tire had a screw in it! I had no appt but it was urgent to get this taken care of as I deliver mail in Cambridge (my route being 97 miles)!! I couldn’t chance driving the whole route with the screw in it as it was losing air…They told me to come on over we will switch it for you so you can deliver your route safely!!! Outside of the great customer service, and quick turnaround time, my favorite part of the experience was the text message I received with the link to see what was recommended and what was NEEDED to be serviced. I could simply check the box “accept” or “deny” and they knew what I wanted done. I’ll definitely be going back to Marc’s from now on l.
All I can say is Marc and his team are some of the most professional down to earth honest hard working people. I have brought my vehicle there for service twice. Both times they have gone above and beyond and exceeded any and all of my expectations. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much.
