We had called and asked if he was able to change ball joints in my dad's car because not everyone had the tools to do it. He assured us he would have no problem and to have the car towed over. The price he gave us for both ball joints to be replaced was 175. We had already purchased the parts so it was just labor. We gave the tow guy and marc himself my dad's number.
