Today, I had a terrible experience with a car service shop. I visited for an alignment, but they charged me $79 without really addressing the issue—they spent only about 10 minutes and then claimed they couldn’t complete the alignment because my ball joint was faulty. Nice story about this place. My car broke down in the parking lot of Monte vista golf club. Luckily there was an auto shop right next to it. I walk in and ask the owner if he can take a look at my car. He huffs and walks out to it then proceeds to scream at me for 10 minutes about it and tells me he can fix it for $2000!!! (It was not a $2000 fix…) so all thanks to them I got screwed. Worst service i ever experienced.
Backed into my car in tim hortons parking lot, admitted he couldnt see me because his mirrors werent adjusted properly, his back up camera wasnt working, and he wasnt looking through his back window while reversing. Then had the audacity to attempt to trick me into not making an insurance claim. All caught on video
Today i visited for my car alignment service , without doing my alignment service they charged me 79 dollars they hardly spent 10 mins they lied to me they cannot perform the alignment because my car ball joint is faulty even 2 days before I replaced that part , just for the sake of making easy money on behalf of fake inspection they charged me, horrible experience and-service , and for the ball joint price in after market is only 139 and they are asking for 649 bucks which is very shameful making fool to their customers who... read more
