Our experience contacting this dealer was a total misfortune. What a terrible customer service. We called twice to inquire about a car that we were ready to buy, and both representatives were incredibly rude. During the first call, we were not able to understand the lady on the phone and after asking her to speak slower, she hung up on us. We called again and a guy picked up this time.
