I was excited when I saw the picture of the swimming pool and I really wanted to be able to go swimming as part of my workout. Otherwise it looks like a pretty nice workout center. The shower and bathroom could use some maintenance and sprucing up. The shower head in the women's disabled bathroom would not stay up,I had to hold it in place. Little things like that being fixed could make a big difference.
The location is convenient, the gym itself is spacious, and the locker room is comfortable. But that’s pretty much where the positives end. The equipment selection might be enough for students, but it’s not really sufficient for serious or professional training. There’s no dedicated parking, and finding a free spot for your car is often a problem. It has been 50 years since the last time I was on UWS Campus. This is a very nice facility. One of the nicest I have been to. Very active with students.
Amazing track house. Massive waight room. Plus their concessions are great. The water is so cold
It's a pickle ball paradise for the over-60's!
