Terrible Doctor: he tried to discharge my 75 year old father 3-days after neck surgery while my father was still dizzy and on pain medication. My father was also incapable of consistently getting out of bed or walking around without assistance and had trouble using the bathroom. The 1st part seemed like an oversight until, Dr. Melis claimed to "also" be blind out of his left eye after I mentioned that my father just had neck surgery and he is also blind in his left eye which will affect his balance.
