Dr. Marcotte is the best horse vet within hours! I’ve been coming here for over ten years. Easy to get an appointment as an established patient. You may have to wait when you arrive, but when it’s your turn, you have Doc’s complete attention. He listens carefully to your problem, quietly thinks it over (be patient in this step cuz he’s working his magic!), and then gives you a solution. The clinic has high tech diagnostics, too. Love the Marcotte crew. Dr Marcotte knows his stuff and has helped both of our senior mares to be more comfortable.
Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks out . They no showed. After and hour half wait called and couldn’t give me an eta. Called back and asked again 2 hours past appointment. When asked why did I not receive a call about what was going on or if they are even coming the lady got major attitude. Month time wasted on waiting.
