Horrible service! Purchased copier for our church several years ago from them. Now they have decided they don’t want to service our machine. Church machine hasn’t worked in over 4 months. I contacted xerox for direct service and Marcotek has our machine locked so that no one else can service it. I have called their service department several times and asked for a service call and they tell me they will get someone out. No one ever shows up.
