Didn’t show up as scheduled. When I called they said they’d be 2 hours late. No “hey we are running behind” or what have you. Two hours rolls by and I text them and they respond saying they can’t come until the following day. They did offer a discount for the next day BUT unfortunately my time is limited and valuable so I will take my business to a more professional service. Do NOT recommend. I scheduled a move out clean for June 30th on June 4th. On June 30th I got a text saying that they would be late to the clean. I expressed this to be no problem. I heard no update after that and reached out around 8pm only to be told that they did not go to the property to clean it but will have it done by the next day at noon. I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with Marco and his team with Clean N Care. I have never seen a more professional and thorough deep clean. They paid such great attention to detail, and left my place looking like it was from a magazine! I will absolutely be using this company again! Thank you so incredibly much!
