I cannot recommend Marcos enough. He helped us purchase our first home, and he made the process as easy and as stress-free as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions we had about the buying process. He was very accommodating with our hectic schedules and was even willing to FaceTime us a for a home tour when we were unable to go in person. He brought up excellent points to consider, both pros and cons, for each house we toured. We will definitely use him again in the future!

Marcos was ALWAYS available for home tours and ensured the house was cleaned and ready for showing. His responsiveness was incredible! If he didn’t pick up, he always called back no longer than 15 minutes later. Seriously, I was selling a house long-distance, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. He walked me through each step, addressed any concerns, and researched what needed to be done to make sure progress was being made. I sold the house at the expected price.

Marcos Renteria is by far the best real estate agent that we’ve ever had. And…we’ve moved 4x in the last 11 years. He compared our last house in TX. He gathered a lot of information to help us find our new home in Rio Rancho with the things that we loved at our home in TX . He did at least 3 FaceTime videos with us while we were in TX. We highly recommend Marcos for your next realtor

I mean I don't have a bad thing to say about Marcos. He's very punctual, reasonable and takes your time very personally. First time home buyer heebie jeebies and he made the whole process go by smoothly. Was very direct with how things worked. Was very honest about what he thought about the houses we looked at and went above and beyond to find me the house I'm in today.
