Ordered online and did not receive discounts when I placed the order so I immediately called the restaurant and had the order cancelled and then re-ordered. Unfortunately they did cancel my order but did not reverse the charge. I went in to get the charge reversed and the manager claimed she did. When the credit did not show up on my account after making three trips to the restaurant I was told to call my bank as she could do nothing else.
