Whoever elesa is, is a horrible manager i walk in and she's on her phone and doesn't even acknowledge me...i sat there waiting on her until another employee came up and took care of me, a nice and respectful young man... if it wasn't for him they would have lost my business... thank you to the young man that went above and beyond to help me and calm me down.... that so called manager has no professionalism whatsoever!
