Marco’s Pizza gets 2 stars from me. I ordered a small pizza and chicken wings for pickup. When I arrived, my order was already marked ready, but instead of handing it to me, they told me nothing and quietly remade the entire order. No explanation, no apology, no update—just left me waiting. What should have been a quick pickup turned into almost an extra hour. The food was fine, but the service was terrible. Poor communication and a complete waste of time. Service sucked.
The pizza was horrible! I tried them 3 times and it is my last time. Staffed with a crew of teens laughing and playing. They are not professional and my pizza was rewarmed with globs of unmelted cheese. We threw it in the trash
