Do not order from the Marcos on Crain Highway in Waldorf Maryland we ordered a pizza and they used doordash. they never showed and Marcos will not remake and send their driver or give us a refund they will not get my business ever again
Good quality pizza, service is fine for Waldorf prices are fair. Don’t read too much into the 1 star reviews the local clientele isn’t exactly respectable patrons towards service industry workers. Few pizza places around here I can eat without it destroying my stomach this place I’ve never had an issue with.
I was a regular customer ordering from Marco's every couple of weeks or more. Service has quickly gone downhill since they first opened. Two orders in a row they forgot to bring an item I paid for. The most recent order was the worst when I spoke to someone by phone and found out that it didn't matter to Marcos if I was a customer or not. It's like I was a nuisance to them that I called to ask to have my complete order delivered. Too bad, they have a good product as far as their pizza goes. Not going back.
Second time ordering. First time got a Pizza (the works) and it was great. Decided to try a cheese steak and it was horrible 😫. There's no steak anywhere on this sub! Just bread and cheese. For the amount of money being charged the least they could do is pust some actual steak on there.
