When this place first opened it was great! Good food and fair price. Now they force 1 poor guy to work the whole store the quality suffers accordingly. If you order delivery, expect to not get what you ordered and you're definitely not getting any sauces you order. If you call to ask that it's fixed, they will just send a second incorrect order again with no sauces.
Submitted feedback online last week. Was informed someone would be reaching out to me. Left a review last week and I will continue to write bad reviews until someone contacts me and I receive my refund. All customers service numbers list just takes you to a recording and tells you to visit their socials or website for immediate assistance. Ate here for the first time 4 days ago. Ordered online for curbside pickup(included tip…). Nobody ever brought my food out even though I was the only car in the parking lot.(should have been a sign). After waiting, I went in to retrieve my order. Delivery guy was leaning over the back counter watching YouTube videos. Guy in the very back of the store yells that he will be with me in a moment. Tried to order two sub sandwiches Sunday night place your order gave all my credit card information and then the call dropped out. I tried to call them back probably seven or eight times over a one hour period and couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. I don’t know whether they’re having phone system problems or not I might need to apologize to Marco’s. Very slow. Understaffed. No communication. Not even an attempt at communication. As if me showing up was a pain in their side. Waited over half an hour for my pick up and everytime I asked when I would be ready they just said “5 minutes”. Had I known I would be waiting so long I would have left. L
