Placed my order before I left work for pickup. Got there and there was a car at the pickup window. I sat behind this car for almost ten minutes. In my experience when I have arrived to pickup my order before it'd ready I have been asked to pull forward if someone pulls up behind me. Its a convenience that I appreciate and it's frustrating to wait almost ten minutes instead of them moving the car ahead. I'm tired and hungry after a long day of work and sitting there was frustrating.
