Once again; order not right, but I guess it’s all my fault.. ordered a pizza that cost me more than $20 and got the wrong$12 pizza, I should have checked.. too late now and I wasted my money.. someone got a good pie but it’s me
I always hesitate to order here. You have to really be up for the possibility of disappointment. Whoever made my pizza last night must have made it the way THEY like or preferred to eat pizza because they sure as hell didn’t fix it the way I ORDERED!! Ordered the “works” minus the ham add banana peppers and Parmesan crust. what I got was NO BANANA PEPPERS, NO PARM CRUST. and mountains of raw veggie just sitting on top of pizza with very little cheese and sauce….
I love Marcos I really do the customer service was terrible I ordered one pizza online & paid for it . A Very rude caucasian man didn’t greet me , he didn’t even ask if I needed parmesan cheese or red peppers. So I asked could I get parmesan cheese I had the pizza box in my in my right hand . My other hand was empty, which I held out and he threw it on top of my box. I feel like that was very disrespectful and racist. I haven't had a bad pizza from here yet. And last night I tried the gluten free version. It was delicious!
