I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received on my recent order. My delivery never arrived, and after waiting past the estimated time, I called for an update. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, I was met with resistance. I was offered a remake, but that would have meant waiting even longer, so I agreed to pick it up myself.
