Ordered a delivery at 5:54pm. App said estimated delivery was 6:24pm. Called @ 6:35pm and was told it was just finishing cooking. It is now 7:00pm and still have no food but was charged a delivery fee and I added a 20% tip! Total order was $42.95. VERY DISAPPOINTED! They've always been within 10 minutes of their estimated delivery time. Don't know if I'll order from here again.
Me and a friend went there on Friday at around 8:30. The lobby looked like it was closed. The open sign was turned off. The chair was up on the top of the counter and the tables and when we called to see where they open it took them about five minutes to let us know if they were open or not and then the girl that was stocking up. The cooler looked as if she had got an attitude when the other girl asked if they were open and we were sitting inside the car in front of the store the whole time just watching.
Every time I order from this location my order is either late or they don't follow instructions well. Use to be a good pizza place.
Pizza is good. I get Marcos a lot when I travel. This last time I was a little disappointed. The toppings were very uneven. Some pieces loaded with one thing and none of another. I paid extra to add the old world pepperoni and there was like 5 on the entire pizza. Not a huge deal. I took off one star. They were probably busy and slamming out pizzas so I get it.
With the increase in food prices everyone is trying cutback without raises prices. But don’t make the pizza crust bigger. Your large pizza looked like a medium with a 4” crust.
