Tonight we had what I would consider the perfect pizza that was made by Tori. The toppings were plentiful and spread out evenly. I have taught culinary arts for the past 25 years and my 2 favorite things to make are pastries and pizza. Sorry that I didn't get a picture of each pizza before we started eating but here is an example of what they looked like! Awesome job Marco's keep up the great work and service!
