If I could rate service a negative I would. We ordered a pizza and apparently they use door dash for delivery. We were contacted an hour and a half later, 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery that our pizza had been stolen. I understand that it wasn't their fault so we asked for the order to be remade and delivered. Called back in another hour to find out that the order would be another 35 minutes before it got to us when the employee's initial answer was "it only takes a pizza 6 minutes in the oven". Over an hour for my food. It was wrong. Recipt clearly says the correct thing. Then to get a refund im supposed to bring my DELIVERY order back to you to fix!!! If I had a way to get to you I dang sure wouldn't have ordered delivery!!!
