We've been fans of this Marco's location for years, though more so the last 2yrs or so. Our family always orders quite different pizzas and they always get it right. James is an absolute rockstar when it comes to customer service and cooking our pizzas to perfection.
Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a refund from this store over an order that Marcos canceled. After multiple calls and multiple promises of reimbursement.. we are no closer to getting our money back. Never again will this establishment get a single dollar from me. To bad I can't give them 0 stars.
We love Marcos, especially the chicken fresco pizza. It's a bit on the pricey side, so we don't order that often. Unfortunately, the frequency that we've received incorrect orders has been more often the last few times. Not the best job at making salads correctly. I always order the garden salad NO peppers and NO croutons. Today my salad had nasty peppers on it and I was given Greek vinaigrette dressing instead of the ranch I asked for.
