Quincy is the man! His customer service skills are absolutely top notch! I always have a special request and I have never once sensed any annoyance or frustration in his voice. He's extremely pleasant and respectful! Plus his food always comes out so good! Give this man a raise now!
We've been fans of this Marco's location for years, though more so the last 2yrs or so. Our family always orders quite different pizzas and they always get it right. James is an absolute rockstar when it comes to customer service and cooking our pizzas to perfection.
Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a refund from this store over an order that Marcos canceled. After multiple calls and multiple promises of reimbursement.. we are no closer to getting our money back. Never again will this establishment get a single dollar from me. To bad I can't give them 0 stars.
