Customer service is seriously lacking here. Zero customer service skills. Training is DEFINITELY a need. The pizza can be good if the person making it knows how, otherwise you have SUPER thin pizza and a ton of extra bread when you get to the crust
When I order from the Norton location I’ve never had an issue. Today I ordered a cash delivery order and after an hour and a half I called for an update. They said they don’t have drivers and use door dash and the dasher cancelled the order because it was a cash order with no tip. I don’t use DoorDash and I always tip generously. They didn’t even notify me the order had been cancelled by the dasher. Absolute trash service and location. Don’t offer delivery unless you can deliver.
It's great for the price. Decent pizza reasonably priced and fast service
