If you want the best customer service, come here on a Monday. The rest of the week, the employees make you feel like you're bothering them if you have a question or place an order. For the rest of the week, I would give it 1 star. Also, the guy on Mondays speaks Spanish if you don't feel like speaking English.Recommend management to give customer service classes to the rest of the employees so they can make people feel better going to the store.
Had a horrible experience months ago, missing items wrong toppings. Sent a complaint to corporate and the owner reached out to us. Offered to remake the order which was very fair. 3 emails to follow up on this offer and absolutely no response. Horrible customer service, paid for items like extra steak on the pizza, dipping cups, and so on that we paid for.. never got. Thats fine that you want to "ghost" our family, you ripped us off. But why offer to make it right and then never respond when we want to take you up on the off... read more
I was taking pizzas to the rehab center at Crossville my husband was coming home on Monday in his roommate was going home on Tuesday and they kind of wanted to do pizza with some of the people they had been there with cuz it's been there for a month and the service was really great the guys told me which pieces it was would help me out better with having to feed that many people so I think their service their customer service the people that were working there were super great to me
Our order was three 12 inch sandwiches one of which was a steak and cheese. When unwrapped and taken a bite , it was noticed that there was NO meat just cheese and mushrooms. I decided to call and inform the Marco’s pizza’s manager about the mistake. The service worker proceeded to tell me in a not so nice voice that I did have meat on my sandwich.
