Orders and was notified my pizza was on the way. Got notified 15 minutes later while waiting for my food that this was somehow DoorDash’s fault when I didn’t order DoorDash and nobody is gonna pick up and blah blah. Manager did nothing but offer to refund which is obvious considering I wasn’t getting my food. I order once a week from you guys. Guess valued customers mean nothing. But cool, it’s too late to order anything else so you guys suck for that.
Pizza is really good for the price, with a discount . L pizza can come out to as low as 8.99, but the service is spotty, and the kitchen looks disgusting at times, not ideal for cooking food but the pizza is atleast good.
I experienced friendly efficient service when ordering. When my hot pizza arrived; it was so delicious. The delivery staff are amazing. The service and the quality of the pizza are both equally as delicious! I would highly recommend Marco’s Pizza S. Adrian Highway to anyone.
Food is always hot and ready when I pick it up.
