Clayton loction-I am absolutely disgusted right now. Speaking with Ashley over the phone just to place an order & apply a store credit was the worse. She was barely listening to me, got my order wrong 3 times. Then she puts me on hold because she said she was too busy & was not authorized to help me. Spoke to the store manager Toby was even worse. Just like her didn't even care to listen to the issue & didn't even try to help. Some customer service.

The lady that took our order had the customer service and people skills of a potato. I cannot believe this place even has 4 stars. Pizza was cold. When I called back to let them know the lady said she was sorry, but they don't have any delivery drivers and had to go through door dash. The pizza was over a half hour late and almost inedible. This place used to be good. Ugh...what happened?

Had a delivery order tonight that was over 30 minutes late and was just barely over room temperature. I called the store to see what my options are and the young lady said there was nothing she could do for me since there was no manager there. I think this is my last straw with Marco's. There's a lot more local pizza places that would appreciate our money way more than Marco's.
