After having issues with calling the Alafaya location picking up the phone with no greeting for over 5 mins both calls and hearing the coworkers talking to one another I got fed up with them and called this location 419. The store manager was very understanding and assured me he would take my order no problem they even had my order to me in under 30 mins now that’s customer service. Thank you Marcos 419 for doing your job properly never have had an issue at this location always great food and delivered in a timely manner.

Let me start with saying that i love marcos and frequently order for lunch. Tonight i was a real problem though. I ordered a special that included $84 worth of specialty and regular pizzas and 2 desserts. To pick up on my home for the family. I chose to pay cash in store at pick up as i have done most times. The girl at the counter repeated my order and i hand her $100 bill. She tells me that she can't the $100 bill.
