Sends my order for delivery for it to go to a closed store. How nice you guys didnt adjust your hours in the system so I lose 60$ and a hour of time thinking maybe your just behind making it.
I tried to order a pizza on their website and it kept giving me a transaction error. Tried several times few 2 different phones, both were rejected. But when I go and check my bank account, sure enough they took my money. When I tried to call them, the person I talked to acted like he didn’t know what in the world he was doing, no recommendation for where to get help. This is mainly a take away pizza place. I think there is like 1 table inside, but it's really for pick up or delivery. I like the pizza here and it is close to our house. Regular crust is pretty thick and what we usually get. They don't skimp on toppings or cheese. You can find cheaper pizza, but this is the right balance of cost and quality for me. They have some good original flavors and all the standards. Good quality toppings.
Went to pickup my pizza at the tike they said it would be ready. They sent the pizza I ordered with a door dash driver. Which is fine accidents happen but they walked around had no idea what to do and said it would be made immediately. It wasn't the girl making the pizzas hadn't even started it while I stood in the store for 20 minutes. To top all this off a delivery driver showed up high fives another employee and said employee went right back to making pizzas without washing hands first. No one is wearing gloves.
