I have came to Marcos several different days and times of the day to speak with the GM of a few concerns I have had. Each time I have visited the store the GM has been out delivering pizzas. The last time I am came in I asked another driver if it is normal for the GM to be out delivering verses being in the store, he stated he has worked at 7 pizza places and this was the first pizza place that the GM took money from the drivers. We got a Philly cheese pizza and was very pleased. As busy as they were, the young lady was very kind and had a great attitude 😊.
I have ordered dinner for my family from Marco's in Rockmart 5 times since it opened, and 4 of those times, my husband has had to turn around and drive back to get items they left out of our order. Tonight, the same thing happened, so my husband asked to speak to the manager about it. The guy he was speaking to said he was the manager, and then he told on himself when he said, "Let me ask my manager." Had Marco’s door dashed, My 11 year old orders all our door dash meals, when the order arrived it was a Large pizza with the thick crust, they have 3 options or crust Crust flavor 8.2 Sauce flavor 8 Toppings 8.3 Sauce is very flavorful with the perfect amount of cheese covering along with lots of sliced style sausage and ground beef.
