Great food but very poor service!
Honestly, I was delighted as to how good the pizza was! We came in at 11:30 on a Saturday, and Chuck the manager was nothing but pleasant. He was our pizza savior, when everyone else was closed. Our order of an XL deluxe and wings was ready within 15 minutes, being served with a smile and well wishes. Marco’s is damn good for a chain. Savory sauce, perfect dough texture, and they go heavy on the toppings. The crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside, with a chewy center. We’ve been using this location for our larger party orders since they’ve opened and they continue to impress with their prompt service, attention to detail and delivering fresh pizzas every time we order. The staff member working when I picked up my order today was super nice and helpful and made sure the order was oven-fresh. We always have a great experience here and will continue to make this location our go-to for our takeout pizza choice.
Save your aggravation with this place. Their way understaffed management is in an awful position. They cannot hire anybody.
