Im upgrading review bc delivery has improved and last nights pizza was great. Thanks to staff and manager. I liked when people could post responses. Most Every business owner response on Google reads like generic AI.

I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The pizza and cheese sticks I received were excessively spicy and not prepared as expected. When I brought this to the attention of the shift manager, Thomas, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Good food but very poor service! Walk in and get ignored. No one working at front. They just keep making pizzas in back and don’t bring food to customers.

Came in on a rainy Saturday and they made it feel like coming home. Warm welcome, cosy table, comforting food, kind staff. We stayed for hours longer than we'd planned because nothing about the place made us want to leave. Bill was very fair. Already plotting next weekend's visit. Proper little neighbourhood gem honestly. Cracking.
