First time ordering from Marco’s pizza through the app last night for some late night pizza dinner; added my tip, and delivery was quick; however, the driver dropped off our food to the wrong address. Thankful for honest neighbors who called us and we were able to retrieve our food across our neighborhood. For a 20% tip we added, we were left a little disappointed. Not sure if we will order again from Marco’s again. Pizza was ok.
The BBQ pizza was disgusting. Chicken was undercooked and whatever sauce they used was not bbq.
Good pizzas for the price.
I placed an order and got home to realize it was wrong. I ordered a deluxe pizza (with modifications) and received a plain cheese pizza. When I called to get it resolved, I told them I didn’t want to pick it up and asked if a credit could be given for next time. I was transferred to a manager who was extremely rude and proceeded to speak over me and not let me speak. Order a pizza. Arrive for pick up. Was told It is in the oven. 30 minutes later it is not even made!!! They lied to me. No respect for customers
